As the most widely-used controller in the industrial electric heating systems, SSR cycle controller can receive PWM or 4-20mA input signal, produce two kinds of outputs: periodical zero-crossing (PWM duty-cycle control) and cycle zero-crossing (CYC changeable period), and drive SSR or SSR power expansion board directly. Such controller is provided with hard manual operation and auxiliary power adjustment functions. Advanced cycle zero-crossing output mode makes on-off period of load current distributed in sine wave form evenly, which improves the accuracy of regulation and avoids outrange.  Load current of the total power can be relatively balanced by using randomness and additivity of operations of equipments, which improves utilization ratio of power supply, avoids capacity expansion of power equipment, and has an obvious energy saving effect.
