II. Ordering Information:
1.Reference for selection of current capacity of power controller
- Common pure resistance load: the current capacity of the selected power controller must be greater than the maximum current of the load.
- SiC Rod Load: when the transformer is removed, SiC rod should be connected in series, so that it can withstand at least 70%~80% of the power supply voltage. As for the SiC rod, there will be a negative impedance region when the temperature ranges from 700℃ to 800℃, and the selected current capacity should be 1.3 times greater than the current of the load.
- Electric Heating Tube Load: the electric heating tube load can be easily affected with damp as well as partial short circuit, and the selected current capacity should be 1.3 times greater than the current of the load.
- Transformer Load: current limit function should be provided, and the current capacity of the selected power controller should be 1.5 times greater than the current of the load.
