Integration of three-phase voltage regulation and power regulation, selectable power regulation mode: cycle or duty-cycle (PWM)

Microprocessor full-digitization design, phase-locked loop anti-interference synchronous circuit, high resolution of regulation output, 3VAC low-voltage start-up, slow start-up after powerup, slow turn-off, heatsink over-temperature alarm, current limit, over-current protection, manual/automatic switching balanceless, etc.

II. Ordering Information:

1.Reference for selection of current capacity of power controller

  1. Common pure resistance load:the current capacity of the power controller must be greater than the maximum current of the load.

     SiC Rod Load:when the transformer is removed, SiC rod should be connected in series, so that it can withstand at least 70%~80% of the power supply voltage. As for the SiC rod, there will be a  negative impedance region  when the temperature ranges from 700 to 800, and the current capacity of the power conroller should be 1.3 times greater than the maximum current of the load.

    Electric Heating Tube Load:the electric heating tube load can be easily affected with damp, partial short circuit, discharge and spark-over, and the current capacity of the power conroller should be 1.3 times greater than the maximum current of the load.

  2. Transformer Load: current limit function should be provided, and the current capacity should be 1.5 times greater than the maximum current of the load.

2. Order Example: TAC03i4 –TR –105- CN01N is defined as follows:

   TAC03i three-phase power controller (phase-shifting voltage regulation, heatsink over-temperature alarm, lack-phase alarm of power supply, power supply voltage of control PCB 380V), 4~20mA input, common pure resistance load in star without neutral or delta (Maximum current of pure resistance load 105A; Maximum current of SiC stick load and electric heating tube load 81A; Maximum current of transformer load 70A ), provided with current limit and over-current alarm options, provided with resistive power regulation option.
